How it works

Mechanism of action.

A short breakdown of the receptor targets, signaling steps, and cellular effects reported in the peer-reviewed research literature.

01

What it is

A three-component blend supplied in a single lyophilized vial: GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide; BPC-157, a 15-residue pentadecapeptide; and TB-500, a 17-residue fragment of thymosin β-4. Each is also stocked individually — the blend exists for protocols that study them together rather than in isolation.

02

Where it binds

There is no shared target. The literature treats each constituent separately: GHK-Cu is associated with copper-ion transport and matrix-remodeling gene expression, BPC-157 with nitric-oxide pathway and VEGFR2 signaling, and TB-500 with G-actin sequestration and cytoskeletal assembly.

03

What research reports

In cell-culture and animal models, investigators have documented collagen and extracellular-matrix synthesis for GHK-Cu, angiogenic and granulation-tissue responses for BPC-157, and endothelial cell migration for TB-500. Published data on the three in combination is limited; most findings describe the components individually.

04

Studied in

Peer-reviewed studies covering the constituents span dermal wound-healing models, tendon and ligament repair research, and in-vitro fibroblast and endothelial assays.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

How is the compound shipped?

Orders ship via USPS in plain outer packaging (no product names visible). Most orders process within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

How should the lyophilized vial be stored?

Store lyophilized vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, solution is stable at 2–8 °C for approximately 28 days. Protect from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Where can I verify the batch COA?

Every batch is HPLC-verified and mass-spec confirmed. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are published directly on our website — browse the full archive in the COAs, or search by the batch number printed on your vial label.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because our products are research chemicals, all sales are final. The single exception is damage in transit — if a vial arrives visibly damaged we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Contact info@aminovitaresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
