Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through AminoVita Research LLC.

1. Where We Ship & Ship From

We ship to the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Orders ship from our US-based fulfillment facilities. International orders are not accepted at this time.

2. Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after the research-use affirmation and payment clear.

3. Carrier & Tracking

Domestic orders ship via USPS. A tracking number is emailed to you when the label is generated. Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by AminoVita Research.

4. Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate domestic shipping: $9.99.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax).
• Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee.

5. Discreet Packaging

All shipments arrive in plain outer packaging with AminoVita Research as the listed shipper. No product names appear on the exterior.

6. Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the Products to the carrier. We do not refund lost or stolen packages. If a package arrives visibly damaged (broken vial, leaked contents, compromised packaging), contact research@aminovitawellness.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. Confirmed transit damage is replaced at no additional cost; see our Terms of Sale for the full replacement policy.

7. Customs & Regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that import of the Products into your jurisdiction is lawful. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments are non-refundable. Because we do not accept returns or issue refunds for research compounds, packages that are returned to us by the carrier cannot be re-shipped or refunded. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
