Handling & reconstitution
Store lyophilized vials at −20 °C. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC) at the dilution appropriate to your research protocol. Reconstituted solution stable at 2–8 °C for ~28 days.
Certificate of Analysis
Every batch is independently tested for HPLC purity and mass-spec identity confirmation. Batch-specific COAs are published on the website — browse the full archive in the COAs →
How it works
Mechanism of action.
A short breakdown of the receptor targets, signaling steps, and cellular effects reported in the peer-reviewed research literature.
What it is
A two-component blend supplied in a single lyophilized vial: BPC-157, a 15-residue pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein sequence, and TB-500, a 17-residue fragment of thymosin β-4. Both are also stocked individually in the catalog.
Where it binds
The two are described in the literature as acting through unrelated routes. Published work associates BPC-157 with nitric-oxide pathway modulation, VEGFR2 activation and FAK-paxillin signaling, and TB-500 with binding monomeric G-actin to regulate filament assembly.
What research reports
In cell-culture and animal research, investigators have reported accelerated granulation-tissue formation and angiogenesis for BPC-157, and increased endothelial and keratinocyte migration for TB-500. Published data on the pair in combination is limited; most findings describe each component on its own.
Studied in
Peer-reviewed studies covering the constituents span tendon, ligament and muscle injury models, dermal wound-closure assays, and in-vitro work on endothelial and fibroblast cell lines.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
How is the compound shipped?
Orders ship via USPS in plain outer packaging (no product names visible). Most orders process within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
How should the lyophilized vial be stored?
Store lyophilized vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, solution is stable at 2–8 °C for approximately 28 days. Protect from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Where can I verify the batch COA?
Every batch is HPLC-verified and mass-spec confirmed. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are published directly on our website — browse the full archive in the COAs, or search by the batch number printed on your vial label.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because our products are research chemicals, all sales are final. The single exception is damage in transit — if a vial arrives visibly damaged we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Contact info@aminovitaresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
