Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how AminoVita Research LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aminovitaresearch.com or purchase Products from us. It applies only to AminoVita Research; AminoVita Wellness LLC publishes a separate policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information — the name, email, and phone number you provide at checkout. AminoVita Research does not currently offer a user account on the research side; we collect this information solely to fulfill your order.
• Order information — billing and shipping address, payment method (handled by the payment processor; we do not store card numbers), order contents, and the research-use affirmation you supply at checkout (with timestamp).
• Session information — an anonymous session identifier we generate when you first affirm research-use intent on entry. This identifier ties your entry affirmation to your later checkout affirmation.
• Technical information — user-agent, referrer, and approximate location derived from IP. Used for fraud prevention and analytics.
• Advertising and identity information — unless you opt out. The advertising partners named in Section 3 may collect or infer identifiers associated with you, and may match your visit against information they already hold about you from other sources. Depending on the partner, the categories involved can include identifiers (such as name, email address, postal address, and phone number), device and browser identifiers, internet or network activity, approximate location, and inferences drawn from that activity. We do not control what these partners infer or how long they retain it. This stops if you decline the cookie banner, and never begins if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

2. How We Use It

• To fulfill your orders and ship Products to you.
• To record and substantiate the research-use affirmation tied to each purchase.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on our website — we do not email or ship them.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of research chemicals.
• To improve the site and product catalog.
• To reach researchers with relevant information about our Products, including advertising shown on other websites and platforms. You can opt out of this at any time.

3. How We Share It

We share information only with:

• Payment processors — currently Venmo (PayPal, Inc.) for Venmo-tender orders and a cryptocurrency payment processor for crypto-tender orders. The processor receives your name, email, order total, and any information required to route the payment. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Shipping carriers — currently USPS — receive your name and shipping address to deliver Products.
• Customer relationship platform — GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC) — stores your contact record and the timestamped research-use affirmation attached to your purchase.
• Hosting — Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — serves the site and hosts the serverless functions that process orders.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), loaded only after you grant consent via the cookie banner.
• Identity resolution and advertising — an identity-resolution service operating as IdentityPixel (idpixel.app), provided to us through our marketing partner RevSpark, and the Meta advertising pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). The identity-resolution tag runs on your visit unless you opt out; the Meta pixel loads only if you affirmatively accept. Neither runs if you have declined, and neither runs if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. They receive your IP address, user-agent, referrer, the pages you view on this site, and advertising identifiers stored in your browser, and may match that activity against information they already hold about you. We have not established that these partners operate as “service providers” as the CCPA/CPRA defines that term, so we treat them as third parties and treat this as “sharing” — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
• Address autocomplete — Google Places (Google LLC) — when you type your shipping address on the checkout page, the characters you type are sent to Google so it can suggest matching real addresses. This applies only while you're entering an address.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect against misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration. Two different kinds of advertising-related sharing do occur, and they work differently:

• Browsing activity — active by default, and you can stop it. The identity-resolution technology described above runs when you visit, without waiting for you to press a button, and we disclose that on the banner shown on your first visit. It stops permanently if you choose Decline, and it never runs at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The Meta advertising pixel is separate and stricter: it loads only if you affirmatively accept. If you decline after a page has already loaded, that page’s visit may already have been recorded; no later visit will be.
• Completed orders — only if you accepted marketing. When you place an order, we may send Meta a record of that sale so we can measure which advertising produces purchases. That record includes the order value and order number, a cryptographically hashed (irreversible) form of your email address, phone number, and name, and your IP address and browser user-agent. We send it only for orders placed after you affirmatively accepted marketing on the cookie banner. If you declined, if you never answered the banner, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not send it at all. If you accepted and later change your mind, see the opt-out below.

To the extent either of these constitutes a “sale” or a “share” under the statutory definitions of those terms, you may opt out — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

4. Affirmation Records

The research-use affirmations you submit are retained as evidentiary records of your representations regarding the intended use of the Products. We retain them for the longer of (a) seven years or (b) the duration of any applicable statute of limitations.

5. Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We extend these rights to residents of all U.S. states with comparable privacy laws.

• Right to Know: you may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting, and the categories of third parties with whom we share.
• Right to Delete: you may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (including records we are required to retain, such as timestamped research-use affirmations tied to completed orders — see Section 4).
• Right to Correct: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Section 3, and the kinds of sharing described there are not all governed the same way. The identity-resolution partner is active by default — it runs without your having agreed to anything, and that is what this right lets you stop. The Meta advertising pixel is the reverse: it never loads unless you affirmatively accept. Order-based advertising measurement follows that same rule — we send it only for orders you place after accepting. To stop the identity-resolution sharing — and stay opted out — click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer of any page, decline the cookie banner, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out. Any of those three also stops order-based measurement for orders you place afterward. To stop it for orders you have already placed, or to stop it on every browser and device at once, email us; instructions are in that same section below.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: you may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the goods or services you request. We do not collect additional sensitive personal information beyond what is required to fulfill your order.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality, or service levels for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@aminovitaresearch.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days as required by law.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you, or by emailing the address above. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, and required regulatory notices) are not marketing and will continue after you opt out.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

AminoVita Research does not sell your personal information for money. We do allow the identity-resolution partner named in Section 3 to receive information about your visit and match it against information it already holds about you. California law treats that as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it is active unless you opt out. We disclose it on the banner shown on your first visit, we never do it when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and choosing Decline stops it permanently on that browser.

To opt out of browsing-based sharing — or to withdraw consent you gave earlier — click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer of any page on this site. That single click opts you out; there is no form to fill in and nothing else to confirm. You may also choose Decline on the cookie banner, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out. Any of the three prevents those technologies from loading at all. Your choice is stored locally in this browser; if you use multiple browsers or devices, repeat it on each.

To opt out of order-based measurement — the sale records described in Section 3 — you have two routes, and they cover different things. Declining the cookie banner, clicking the footer link above, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal stops it for every order you place from then on, on that browser. To stop it for orders you have already placed, or to stop it everywhere at once no matter which browser or device you use, email info@aminovitaresearch.com and ask us to stop sharing your order information for advertising measurement. That request is keyed to your email address rather than to a browser, so it does not need repeating. We will honor it within 15 business days as required by law and will not treat you differently for asking.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We categorize the technologies we use as follows:

• Strictly necessary — localStorage entries and cookies required for the site to function (cart contents, session identifier, research-use affirmation record, launch-gate acknowledgment). These load regardless of consent choice; without them the site does not work.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 first-party cookies used to measure aggregate site usage. Load only after you grant analytics consent via the cookie banner.
• Functional — preference storage (e.g. your consent choice itself, region preferences). Load only after you grant functional consent.
• Targeting / advertising — we load two such technologies, and they are governed differently. (a) An identity-resolution tag operating as IdentityPixel (idpixel.app), provided through our marketing partner RevSpark, used to recognize visiting researchers and support our marketing. This one is active by default — it runs on your visit unless you opt out — and it stops permanently once you choose Decline, and never runs if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. (b) The Meta advertising pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which loads only if you affirmatively accept. See Section 3 for what these partners receive.
• Advertising identifiers written before consent — in the interest of full disclosure: two first-party cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrive from a Meta advertisement) are written by your browser when the page loads, before you make a consent choice, so that attribution still works if you consent afterward. Nothing is transmitted to Meta or any other party unless and until you grant consent, and if you decline they are never read or sent. You can remove them at any time with your browser’s cookie controls.

You can revoke or change consent at any time via the cookie preferences control in the site footer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The version effective at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
