Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to every order placed through AminoVita Research LLC. It is intentionally short and firm. Please read it in full before you check out.
All sales are final.
Because we sell research chemicals, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds — not in whole, not in part, not as store credit, not as an exchange — under any circumstance other than confirmed damage in transit. There are no exceptions for change of mind, incorrect self-selection, delayed shipping, address errors, or research protocol changes.
1. No Refunds
We do not refund an order once it has been placed. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind after ordering, wrong product selected at checkout, wrong quantity, wrong dosage, protocol no longer needed, or research direction changed. Sales tax, shipping charges, and expedited-handling upgrades are equally non-refundable.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returned Products. Because research compounds cannot be re-verified for identity, purity, sterility, or chain-of-custody after leaving our facility, no returned Product can be resold, and no return can be authorized. Any Product shipped back to us without a written replacement authorization from AminoVita Research will be destroyed and no credit will issue.
3. No Cancellations After Payment
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has cleared. Because we begin fulfillment shortly after your research-use affirmation is recorded, an order that has been paid for is considered committed and cannot be reversed on request.
4. Replacement — Damage in Transit Only
The single exception to the “all sales final” rule is damage in transit. If your Product arrives visibly damaged — broken vial, leaked contents, compromised outer packaging, contaminated stopper — we will ship a replacement of the same Product and quantity at no additional cost. To qualify:
- You must email research@aminovitawellness.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims after 7 days are declined.
- You must include clear photographs of the damaged Product and the outer shipping packaging as received.
- You must include your order number.
- You must retain the damaged Product and packaging until we confirm the claim is closed. Discarded material forfeits the claim.
Replacements are limited to the same SKU and quantity originally ordered. We do not issue partial refunds, store credit, alternate products, or upgraded shipping in lieu of a replacement.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. Packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported not received are not refunded and not replaced. Please use a shipping address where packages are received safely.
6. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused at the door, unclaimed, or returned by the carrier as undeliverable (bad address, no such recipient), the order is forfeit. We do not re-ship, refund, or credit forfeit orders. Confirm your address is correct before placing the order.
7. Chargebacks
By placing an order and completing the research-use affirmation at checkout, you agree that the sale is final and that a chargeback is not a substitute for the process described above. Chargebacks that contradict the terms of this Policy will be contested with the timestamped affirmation, order record, and carrier proof of delivery. Confirmed abusive chargebacks may result in permanent ordering suspension across AminoVita Research and its affiliates.
8. Fraudulent or Ineligible Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to shipment where research-use intent appears doubtful, the buyer’s identity cannot be verified, or the shipping jurisdiction restricts the Product. In that narrow case only, the original payment is returned. This is the sole scenario in which a refund is issued by AminoVita Research.
9. Relationship to Terms of Sale
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict, the more restrictive provision controls. Nothing in this Policy waives any limitation of liability, indemnification, or governing-law provision of the Terms of Sale.

All refund and replacement inquiries must go to research@aminovitawellness.com. Requests submitted through social media, third-party marketplaces, or verbal channels are not tracked and do not preserve the 7-day claim window.
