This document expands the research-use affirmation you make on entry and at checkout. Please read it carefully before purchasing from AminoVita Research LLC.

What “Research Use Only” Means

The Products sold by AminoVita Research are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. “In-vitro” means “in glass” — that is, in a controlled laboratory environment outside of a living organism, such as cell-culture systems, biochemical assays, and analytical work.

The Products are not:

• FDA-approved pharmaceuticals.
• Dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act.
• Cosmetics, foods, or food additives.
• Medical devices.
• Veterinary products.

What You Affirm

By proceeding past the entry gate, by ticking the affirmation box at checkout, and by accepting delivery of the Products, you affirm and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher (or acting under the supervision of one) acquiring the Products for legitimate in-vitro research use.
• You will not administer the Products to any human or animal subject.
• You will not resell or redistribute the Products to any person who has not made the same affirmation.
• You will store and use the Products in a manner consistent with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
• You release and indemnify AminoVita Research from any claim arising from any use of the Products outside in-vitro research.

How We Record Your Affirmation

Your affirmation at the entry gate is captured with a timestamp and an anonymous session identifier. Your affirmation at checkout is captured with a timestamp, your email, the order contents, and the same session identifier — tying the anonymous entry consent to your identified order. We retain these records for the longer of seven years or the applicable statute of limitations.

Consequences of Misrepresentation

If we discover or have a reasonable basis to suspect that you have misrepresented your research-use intent, we may:

• Cancel any pending order without refund of payment-processor fees.
• Refuse to ship future orders.
• Report the misrepresentation to relevant authorities.
