What it is
A blended vial pairing CJC w/o DAC (a 29-residue GHRH analog) with Ipamorelin (a 5-amino-acid selective growth-hormone secretagogue). Published assays describe binding at two distinct pituitary receptors from a single reconstituted solution.
Where it binds
The CJC component activates GHRH-R → cAMP / PKA signaling. The Ipamorelin component activates GHS-R1a (the ghrelin receptor) → Ca2+ / phospholipase-C signaling. Two cascades converging on the same somatotroph population.
What research reports
In cell-culture and animal research, the pairing is reported to produce a larger amplitude and longer duration of GH release than either compound alone, with Ipamorelin’s selectivity avoiding the cortisol and prolactin elevation associated with earlier secretagogues.
